We appreciate your kind words and are pleased to know our staff was prompt, courteous, and helpful in assuaging your concerns as they were reported. Our primary goal is to make our guests comfortable. We do not have any record of a report made to our staff indicating the furnishings were not sufficient, as we do take these reports and provide them to the owners to resolve expeditiously. All of our properties are privately owned, and each independent owner themes, stocks & furnishes their property differently.

Hi Susie, Thank you for your review and consideration regarding your stay with us. It was a relief to go back to each night after dealing with the terrible traffic during this time. It's in an isolated location that is peaceful and quiet but close enough to do things in town. The office staff was very friendly and polite. Overall though, I'm pretty satisfied with my stay at Hidden Mountain Resort. The wifi was a bit weak and unprotected which is not the best. After one night rest, part of the main bedroom's bed frame came off easily which was problematic of course but the problem was quickly dealt with after I called the front office and we didn't have any problems with anything else after that. It was a bit outdated and there were quite a few broken things but none except one that we needed to call maintenance to. The locations of the villas themselves are great! They have an amazing view of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, ours in particular had one of the best views! In my opinion. We, on the other hand, didn't have any problems following the map. I stayed in Villa 3325 Meadow View recently and we had an overall good experience! We originally were gonna stay 4 days and 3 nights but were offered a great special and we got an extra night! Really thankful for it! Location is great but it's really important that you follow the map that they give you as you may end up in smaller side roads that aren't so great which happened to the other family that way staying with us.
