When you check in, you will receive wristbands for your family that will allow you to access the amenities at the resort. You will find changing rooms and rental lockers inside the waterpark if you decide to come early. You cannot check into your room before 4 pm but you can check in as early as 1 pm to enjoy the waterpark. (Note that there are restrooms in the hall just past the check in desk, beside the gift shop, which you can always visit before you get in line.) There’s a lot to see in the lobby area to keep you occupied while you wait. Regardless, be prepared to wait several minutes in check-in.
